The Complete Online Ordering Process

After browsing through Dharma Sculpture and you find the piece that you want to have shipped to your home.  You then click the "Order" button next to the price.  It takes you to the next screen which shows you your shopping cart.  Here you can either continue shopping or complete your order by clicking the blue "Checkout" button. 
The continue button will take you to the next screen.  Here you fill complete the shipping address.  Below the shipping is a drop down menu with shipping options for your order; UPS Residential, UPS Commercial, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day select and Pick up options.  There is also an option for any special shipping instructions such as "leave at the back door."  Then click the blue "Continue" button. 
The next screen on the right hand side will show you the total of your order including shipping.  You will then be asked to put in your credit card information, shipping address, and email address.  If you have a coupon or gift certificate you place it in the "Promotional Code" box and the discount or gift amount will be deducted on the following screen.  Then you press the blue "Continue" Button taking you to the next screen.

The next screen will show you your complete order with all of your order information.  Your order is not completed yet, you must press the button "complete order" to actually place your order. 

Immediately after placing the order you will receive an email invoice in your inbox saying that Dharma Sculpture has received your order along with the details of the order for your records. 

Dharma Sculpture will then pack the sculpture and send it you.  Included in the packing will be a receipt of your order.    After we receive a tracking number from the shipping company we will then email the tracking number to you.  After you receive the sculpture we will send you an email to ask if everything was alright with the delivery of the sculpture and if you are happy with your purchase.

Dharma Sculpture does NOT, in any way, share any information with any third party.  We value our clients and their personal information and do not wish to tarnish the reputation of quality and trust.

Credit Card Security

All credit card information is deleted exactly one month after purchase to ensure the integrity of your credit card and Dharma Sculpture.

Secure Online Ordering

Dharma Sculpture uses Yahoo store to process all of our online orders.  When you place an order you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted.

We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order.  All credit card information is password protected with only the owner of Dharma Sculpture having access to your information.
