Dharma Sculpture does
NOT,

with any third party. We value our clients and their personal
information and do not wish to tarnish the reputation of quality and
trust, which we have taken care to build.
All credit
card information is deleted exactly one month after purchase to
ensure the integrity of your credit card and Dharma Sculpture.
All sculptures will be shipped out within 24 hours of the
order, if ordered before 11AM EST Monday through Friday. Dharma
Sculpture uses UPS Ground to ship sculpture weighing up to 150
pounds.
For items over 150 pounds, we use a white glove, freight ground
service; ABF Shipping. If you require a lift gate there will
be an extra $50 charge.
All customers requiring freight ground shipment will be contacted
prior to shipping. ABF shipping handles sculptures up to 6000
pounds.
UPS standard ground shipping takes 2-7 days for delivery. We offer
2-day and 3-day air service from UPS. UPS does not deliver on
Saturday unless specified in the “Special Instructions for
Shipping" box during checkout. An additional $12.50 will be
manually added to your order for Saturday deliveries.
If your order requires any
special needs
please make you request it in the “Special Instructions for
Shipping" box within the shipping instructions section of
checkout. Someone will contact you to accommodate your request.
There will be a surcharge that will be added to the shipment on
statues sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin
Islands.
Dharma Sculpture
packs each sculpture with care, and ships each package with
full
insurance. We will
provide you with a tracking
number
in
order for you to track your shipment's journey to your home.
We take the
utmost care
in shipping and packing each sculpture.
It is very important to us that each sculpture arrives whole and
undamaged. We use double-thick, corrugated cardboard boxes
for all UPS deliveries. For all freight deliveries, a wooden
crate is built to fit that individual sculpture's dimensions. Each piece
is packed in one layer of packing material then wrapped with extra
thick bubble wrap. The sculpture is then packed with a layer of
packing material with at least four inches of thickness between
your bubble wrapped sculpture and the corrugated box or wood
crate.
Handling and
packaging are included
in the shipping price for both UPS and Freight delivery charges.
If you would like to
pick up your
order please select the Pick Up option in the drop down menu in
the shipping section of the checkout. A Dharma Sculpture
representative will contact you after you have purchased your item
to arrange a pick up date and time.
All customers requiring
freight ground shipment will be contacted prior to
shipping.
There is a
4.00% sales tax for all residents of New York state.
Return Policies
Dharma Sculpture will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange or
credit. The shipping
charges are not refunded on returns. A 3% service charge is
applied to returns.
The sculpture
must be sent back fully insured
with postage paid to Dharma Sculpture. Please contact us at 1
888-DHARMA-4 before returning the item.
Return delivery fees
must be pre-paid and any additional delivery fees incurred at time
of original delivery are non-refundable.
If a sculpture
has been damaged in shipping please notify Dharma Sculpture within 48
hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be
sure to keep all of the packing materials which will be needed for
inspection by the shipping company. Again, we take the utmost care to
make sure that any damage does not happen in the first
place.
